Request: Force Feeding On All Fours

In this request I am awoken on the bed in front a whole chocolate cake, I wonder why, and as soon as I look up my feeder grabs me and ties my hands behind my back and shoves my face into the choclate cake. I beg for him to untie me but to no avail. He forces my face deeper into the cake, taunting me as he documents the entire thing. After forcing me to eat the cake, I fall back asleep letting the pounds pack onto me. When I awake once again, I find myself tied to a stool, my feeder returns and begins to make me chug thick weight gain shake from a funnel. He makes me oink and squeel like a pig, as I gasp for air and moan from being full. He taunts me more calling me piggy and squeezing my belly and shaking it. He even smears chocolate frosting all over my belly. My feeder stuffed me like a good piggy, I'm sure you will enjoy seeing this.
