Thai Strawberry Icecream
For this set I wanted to really push myself, so a table full of Thai food wasn’t enough. I HAD to mix a pint of Strawberry Ice cream with some heavy cream and milk. I put so much cream in it that it measured 3 cups in total. Watch me finish all 3 cups in a few minutes. After I stuff my gut with yummy Thai food: Coconut battered shrimp, chicken satay, shrimp pad thai, AND dumplings. Enjoy!
