4500+ Calories!! 1 gallon of weight gainer shake in less than a hour. It took me a bit and had to take a short break but I drink it all. My belly gets so full,had to sit up to finish it, plus take long breaths. Play and encourage my belly to take it all in. I'm competitive and loved the challenge of this one! This one brought me to a goal of 200 lbs by end of July.
