Chicken & Dumplings
It's been too long since I did a stuffing set, so I cooked up a big lunch- chicken and dumplings. Not quite the normal way of making them- I roasted the chicken in gravy, and had the dumplings on the side. (with more gravy, of course!) I ate a big plate of the dumplings, and most of a whole chicken. It was a really intense stuffing!
