This was super fun to film. In this video I explore a sumo wrestler "diet". It consists of at least 10,000 calories daily, rice, juice and something called "Chankonabe". Chankonabe is a Japanese stew commonly eaten in vast quantity by sumo wrestlers as part of a weight-gain diet. Its essential for sumo wrestlers weight gain. So I just had to try it for myself. It's super-sized portions made with fish, vegetables, meat, egg, tofu and noodles. I followed a recipe and made a massive portion of this stew for myself. I thought it tasted absolutely amazing. I added a bunch of spices which made chugging the broth really tough but it was so delicious. I wore a skintight latex bodysuit that made it that much more intense. I love the feeling of myself expanding in skintight clothes. So much pressure. After my stuffing just for fun I do some sumo wrestler squats which was really hard to do on such a full belly. I'm surprised I'm still so flexible! This was really cool to try I will be eating this all the time now to pack on the pounds as fast as possible and I can't wait to see how much faster I'm able to gain. I enjoy new techniques I'm obsessed with gaining and have no plans to stop. Thank you for the helpful advice and continued support. xo
