This is my best workout video yet! I explain in the video that I always "hold back" in my workout videos because I'm in denial to how out of shape I truly am. I attempt two times to hold a plank for 60 seconds, try to do splits, push ups, sit ups, and stretches. You'll see my try my absolute hardest. I felt like I was going to faint at some points! I talk all about my workout routine back when I was skinny too and how drastically I've changed my life. I'm such an out of shape pig I can't believe I let myself go so much. I end the video with finishing up a pecan pie I've been stuffing with. Gotta replenish those burnt off calories ;)
